Proof of current vaccines that includes (Rabies, DHLPP & Bordetella), is required for all guests.

While you’re away, and your pets are in our care, their health, safety and happiness, are our top priorities! All pets must be current on all necessary vaccinations and verification from a veterinarian is required.

Cancellation
policy

During non-peak times (non-holidays & September-May) we require 24 hours notice if you plan to pick up your pet earlier than reserved. During peak times (Holidays & Memorial Day – Labor Day) A 72 hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged up to a two night portion of your reservation.

Prior to any guests stay, we require a check-in form upon arrival. To speed up your check-in process, you can download that form here and fill it out prior to your dogs stay with us.

Ready to book a reservation?

Please be sure to inform our staff of any pre-existing health conditions or issues regarding your pet, no matter how small. If your dog is on medication(s), vitamins, and/or supplements, please bring them in a pill organizer and organize them by am & pm. If you choose not to set up your pills in an organizer we can do it for you, for a $10 fee. Late night or after hour medication can also be administered for a small fee. Please be sure to provide a phone number (or monitored email address) where we can reach you while you are away, along with an emergency contact that can make any decision regarding your pet.

After your reservation has been confirmed, please fill out this form in its entirety. Please DO NOT fill out this form, prior to confirming your reservation. This form must be filled out prior to your pets stay.

* Please be sure to fill out all form fields. If your pet is on medication or supplements, please bring them in a weekly a.m./p.m. pill organizer, with a list of medications and dosage instructions. We can set medications up in an organizer for you, if you prefer, for a $10 charge.

During their stay with us..

Each guest will enjoy their private accommodations in a fully heated and air-conditioned indoor area. Our guest’s comfort is a top priority, so plush blankets and bedding are provided. You may also choose to have your pet board with us in one of our runs or in our crated quiet section. Our runs have outdoor access throughout the day as weather permits, but are closed off at night to ensure a good night sleep for everyone. Our crated quiet section has a calmer vibe and is great for dogs, both small and large, that would appreciate a more passive environment
